What is Moodle?
Moodle is the learning management system used by most universities and training institutions worldwide: courses, assignments, quizzes, grading and student progress.
Why you would run it
It replaces a scattering of WhatsApp groups and shared drives with one system of record for teaching. Student records are sensitive personal data, and hosting in Rwanda keeps them within Rwandan jurisdiction.
