What is Qdrant?
Qdrant is a vector database: it stores embeddings and finds the nearest matches, which is the retrieval half of most AI applications.
Why you would run it
It is the piece that lets a language model answer questions about your own documents. Keeping those documents' embeddings in Rwanda keeps the underlying content in Rwanda.
